Fabrizia Fiorucci was born in Perugia and studied Fashion and Art at the institute
"Bernardino di Betto" of the same city. Throughout her life she has mainly dealt with fashion,
but one of her great passions, if not obsessions, has always been the design,
renovation and interior design of living spaces: constantly looking for of blank sheets
to draw on -“drawing thoughts to turn into projects”.
Hence also the passion for painting, a means of personal expression but interpretative and adaptable, which enriches the space and the people who come into contact with it.
Various styles are explored in his works: from figurative to abstract expressionism, up to material projections, despite the fact that his distinctive style remains the endless work on canvas.
In each painting I tell an episode from my life, an episode that moved me.
It may have lasted a few seconds or long years, each of my works represents the closing of a path,
a chapter that has closed, and will never reopen.
For me, painting is like preparing a daughter for a special occasion.
We try to convey the same emotion you felt years before towards your daughter, the canvas.
The polymaterial is probably due to the habit of handling fabrics on fabrics, materials on materials.
